Faulty products!
I've just had the worst experience of my life with your Strijdompark Tiger Wheel & Tyre branch. I purchased a tyre which was for the left rear of my vehicle. The appointment was scheduled for 9am but the tyre only arrived before 10am, after fitment i made my way back home to Amsterdam estate which a few kilometers from the branch with 3 right turns into the estate. Where I found the tyre flat just 15min after the fitment. I phoned the branch that I was sold a faulty tyre and was advised to bring the tyre back. I did not inspect the tyre after fitment and assumed all was fell. When they inspected the tyre they advised me that I knocked a pothole or climbed a curb and that there was nothing that they can do about the matter. I told them that I did not hit a pothole and nor climb a curb. After arguing in endless circles they still maintained that I damaged my own tyre. I did also enquire about the tyre sure and was advised that I can still do it later on. I cannot come to terms that I damaged the tyre, it is impossible when my way to home did not have potholes, I did not climb any curbs! They said maybe I did not feel it but how does a brand new tyre that was pumped to 2.4 bar get damaged to such a extent where I don't feel it. This was a faulty product which you cannot expect your customers to be burdened with! I'm very disappointed with Tiger wheel and tyre. I never experienced this with your Cresta and Rosebank branches!
