Fantastic service - going the extra mile!

On the way to PMB on holiday, there was a piece of metal on the N3 that ripped right through our tyre and rim. Mohamed was incredibly helpful locating the correct replacement and even though we would get to Newcastle long after closing time, he was happy to stay open to assist us. On our way to get the new tyre our spare tyre blew. We were stuck in the middle of nowhere with no reception about 45min out of Newcastle. When we found signal we told Mohamed of our predicament and he happily said, even though it was 6pm, that he would come collect the tyre From us. We managed to temporarily fix the spare tyre and he drove behind us at 20km/h to ensure our safety, only getting back at 9pm. He went out of his way calling other dealerships, s**** yards and Landrover well past 9pm trying to locate a replacement rim. He then called a hotel for us to stay overnight. He bent over backward, putting himself out and sacrificing of himself in order to help us out. He was incredibly compassionate and warm, restoring my faith in human kind. Thank you so much Mohamed and the Tiger and Wheel team! I am blown away and will recommend you to all. If only there were more people like Mohamed in this world
