Fantastic Customer Service at Tiger Wheel and Tiger

I recently had a bad experience at Tiger Wheel in Sandton, and wrote to their customer service department. Their Assistant Regional Manager immediately contacted me, apologised and offered to remedy the situation, and promptly managed and dealt with my complaint in an efficient, no-nonsense, and professional way. I was most grateful and very impressed.
