False advertising

False advertising. In 2017 I replaced my tyres with continental tyre warranty tyres. Recently I had a puncture in my back tyre and when I stopped at Tiger Wheel & Tyre I was informed it was due to a nail in the tyre but they couldn’t repair my tyre. I then informed them that they were covered by the warranty. They looked on the system and confirmed I had my tyres replaced but then told me the warranty null and void because I had done 20 000km since changing the tyres and had failed to rotate and balance my wheels. I informed them that this was not communicated to me and I believe this against the consumer act. Terms and conditions needs to be explained and clearly understood by the customer. Nothing was explained to me when I had the tyres installed.
