Exceptional customer service!

I had one of my tyres repaired of a puncture at the TWT in Centurion (Lifestyle Centre) a couple of months back, but the tyre continued to leak slowly. On my way home from work, I decided to stop at the TWT in Woodmead and asked them to check for the leak. They found that the tyre was still leaking from the same puncture that was supposed to have been patched/plugged at the TWT in Centurion. They confirmed that the plug was the type that TWT uses, so the repair was still under guarantee and they re-plugged the tyre for me FREE OF CHARGE. The puncture appears to be 100% fixed now - the tyre is keeping its pressure. I am very grateful to the staff of TWT Woodmead for the super service!
