Excellent service when I damaged a tyre

Damaged a tyre by reversing over a concrete block! As the car (VW Polo) is fairly new I wanted to replace the tyre with the identical brand and type. Checked with VW, who advised on the correct tyre. Two other suppliers in Blackheath area told me that it would be difficult or impossible to get the correct tyre, as VW had changed the spec. Second supplier meanwhile removed the tyre from the rim, installed a completely different tyre, and then LOST my original tyre. After getting nowhere for a week I went to Tiger Wheel and Tyre (Blackheath). They were able to locate the correct tyre at another branch while I waited
