Excellent service and amazing people

Had the best experience at Tiger wheel and Tyre Rosebank this weekend. I called ahead of time to make sure they had the correct wheel in and they didnt saying that I would need to replace both front tyres for safety but they will collect them and have them ready for me Saturday morning. This was organised quickly from my last minute call on Friday at 5pm.

The friendliest and most helpful gentleman by the name of Neeshal assisted me throughout, calling me on Saturday morning when the tyres were there. After I explained that Mercedes Benz Rosebank checked the tyre saying they cant spot any reason why its flat so they swapped the 2 front wheels around but the problem tyre still went flat. Mercedes said I will definitely need to replace the tyre and therefore replace both. So glad I decided to take it to Tiger Wheel for a second opinion because even after they specially collected the 2 tyres for me, Neeshal called me again and said no need for new tyres as theres just a nail in the tyre causing the deflation. They plugged the tyre, balanced it and rotated the wheels front and back and did the Discovery point check for a total of R225 instead of 2 new tyres at R5200. i.e. Mercedes didnt even check the tyre! That problem had me without a car for a month and a lot of expensive uber rides all for nothing. Very disappointed with Mercedes here. Thank you to @TigerWheelnTyre and Neeshal for an amazing job and saving me money. Mercedes-Benz Rosebank please be better.
