In as much as I am totally satisfied with the service I have been receiving from TWT Kempton Park, I want to compliment the efforts of TADI GOVERE. Over the last 3 years, I have taken different vehicles to TWT Kempton Park and each time I was assisted by Tadi. So my feedback is not based on a single encounter. Tadi is professional and knows about customer service. He is efficient and always keeps me in the loop. I get complimentary coffee while I wait and the courtesy phone call the next day. Thanks Tadi Govere for the enthusiasm with which you serve people like me. You are doing a great job and I am recognizing it.
