Excellent customer service

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Tiger Wheel & Tyre, Springfield. The friendly and caring staff, especially the service I receive from Mandy, Ikram and the driver Musa. I had all 4 my wheels ****** off my car and went to their branch for a quote for insurance purposes. All 3 staff members was taking care of customers and Mandy asked how can she assist me, I told her what I want and she help me in-between while she was busy with the other customer and I had the quote within 10 minutes. Insurance authorised the quote and Ikram contract me straight away to make arrangements to have the new wheels fitted. Ikram went the extra mile to get the car to their premises with the help of Musa. I was constantly updated and made me feel like the most important customer. Well done and thank you very much.
