Excellent Customer Service

There was a glitch with submitting my Annual Multi-Check report to Discovery Insure from TWT. <br> My husband contacted TWT Bruma and queried the issue, Neil Henderson was quick to respond and send through the documents.<br> He went out of his way to ensure that the matter was cleared up with Discovery by contacting them directly on our behalf.<br> It is certainly unusual to have such fantastic service.<br> I commend Neil on his customer-focused attitude and the fast and efficient manner in which he dealt with the issue.<br> <br> Thank you Neil!
