Don’t Use them - Shop Elsewhere
Totally unskilled and unprofessional . Tiger Wheel La Lucia disposed of my brand new tyre without my instruction and mentioned I never told them to keep it. But how can they sell this ? I replaced all four tyres and one of which was a week old tyre. Their salvage company sold it . Meaning they made a profit of something that’s not theirs whilst I’m left out of pocket . I have escalated this matter and the post sales service is pathetically disappointing. They are not treating me fairly and I need compensation for my tyres and don’t want someone else’s second hand tyre any longer, which is what they promised me over a month ago . This matter is long overdue even though I have raised many complaints there is unfortunately no way forward .
