Donovan is downright rude

On Monday, I visited your Bruma branch because I wanted to get a tyre change quotation in order to claim from insurance (Bidvest tyre angel) . I was assisted by Donovan and everything seemed fine. My insurance confirmed receipt of the quotation but asked for more clearer pictures than those Donovan took. Today (05 April) I went back and found Donovan outside chatting to someone, before I could park my car I called out to him as a a greeting and an alert that I was there,but I was incredulous to how rudely he dismissed me- telling me that he was busy, I was taken aback because my intention was not to be rude to the gentleman he was busy chatting to, but I thought as a salesperson he would be happy to see me because that would mean our conclusion was nearing the intended conclusion, but I guess I was mistaken. It now explains why he has not been proactive to contact me, nor acknowledge the reply from my insurer.
