On 12 February 2016 I had a right rear tyre replaced at TWT Tokai Cape Town, through a warranty, I was told to take it there by the warranty folk (not my choice).<br> The 1st time after fitment, when exceeding 100km/h the vehicle had a bad vibration, I returned it to TWT, spoke with JUANITA the manageress, who imp**** that it was due to only 1 tyre being fitted, I disagreed and had harsh words with her, her response was leave and \DON'T COME BACK\", I went across the road to a competing brand, had the wheel balanced and the vibration is history, Now I am telling all who will listen about TWT Tokai's shoddy workmanship and their Manageress named JUANITA!!!!"
