dishonest practice

My wife went to Tiger wheel and Tyre the Glen a week ago to make sure all her tires were OK, as we had a slow puncher on the left rear tire, the tech told her the tyre was fine she had also asked him to check the spare, which he said he did and that it was fine.Two days later we had to replace the left rear tyre with the spare which it so happens was flat (The tech said it was fine) tried to pump the tyre but it had a leak worse than the one on the car. ***.My wife returned the next day to have the slow puncher fixed and was pulled aside by a tech that told her he could fix the tyre off the books for cheaper....*** which she refused and insisted on having a receipt for work done the tech was also asked to remove the spare and fix the puncher on it which in the process of which he broke the bracket holding the spare on the car which I now have to pay to fix TW&T will never see me again I have also re directed my company fleet else-ware.
