Disgusting service from Tiger wheel and tyre Nelson Mandela Drive Bloemfontein

Disgusting service received from Tiger wheel and tyre in Nelson Mandela drive, I would never recommend it to anyone. Firstly I was shopping around for the best prices for a tyre in Bloemfontein and tiger wheel and tyre was the one offering the best price, little did I know that the R650.00 I was quoted for tyre 155/80R13 was not the price I was gonna pay and instead I paid R745.10, if I had known then I would have gone elsewhere, the sales Rep Mr Nel did not even mention to me at any stage that the price he gave me was excluding certain items such as the valve and balancing, I am extremely disappointed that this is the manner in which they treat their clients. And it does not end there, I got to tiger wheel just after 13h35 and only left after 14h30, they were not busy at all they very few cars and waited that long just to change 1 tyre, only to find out the person that was working on my vehicle went on lunch, did not hand over or request anyone to finish the job, my tyre was changed and was just laying there on the ground unbalanced even, yet prior to me complaining about having to wait for long 4 employees were working on 1 car which was a white ford kuga and could not even understand why yet my car has not even been attended to. I am extremely disappointed with the level o service, I am beyond disgusted by tiger wheel and tyre as a brand due to that. And then when I complained to the Sales Rep he mentioned that they were a bit busy yet I witnessed the above mentioned, and could not understand how is it possible that changing one tyre can take 45 to 50 minutes yet they are not busy. This shows that they do not value their clients the same
