DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM TW&T Emalahleni

<p>Bought two new run flat tyres in December 2016 at a cost of approximately R7500 and was not offered the service of wheel balancing and alignment, which I wrongfully assumed was part of the cost of new tyres, as many do? Who would not pay an extra approximately R300 to protect their new tyres? To resolve my problem they suggested I purchase new tyres at cost price approximately R4000 less 25%!!!!! All they actually needed to do was offer me a free wheel balance and aligment to correct their error but opted for the - 'cost me a fortune' route, waste my time for 10 days with e-mails to and fro, and receive the worst service from a provider I have been using for many years, owning many vehicles........ </p>
