Despicable and utterly disgusting Service... TIGER WHEEL & TYRE - THREE RIVERS VEREENIGING

I've been a loyal customer to Tiger Wheel & Tyre brand all my adult life and never been so disappointed till 30-12-2024. Account no. J***

Had a tyre burst on the 30th December 2024, arrived at Tiger Wheel & Tyre Vereeniging and bought a tyre @ 11:40:40 Invoice TMJ90S039039, R4130.10 Assesments and fittings were done and no negative reports were disclosed to me, must say all went well. Drove-off as a happy customer, hardly 1km away from the store. Boom!!!! The same new tyre burst, drove back and asked for assistance. Collin David- 'My guy what's happening." Me failing to understand because this is a new tyre. Plain simple they told me i need to buy another tyre. Due to desperation and being stuck @13:50:59 Invoice no. TWJ90S039044 - R4130.10 was paid again. So, can somebody please explain to me, what the heck happened, who has R8260.20 of price of two for one and even the manager could sympathize with me or offer discounted second purchase because i believe not every product is 100% perfect
