Customer service completely absent
Discovered a flat tyre at 13:00 at Somerset Mall this afternoon 29 May 2021. I needed to get back to CapeTown where my home is. Approached TWT some 200 meters from where I was 2 minutes later, to see if they could help. Spoke to the manager. He's response... unfortunately we close at 13:00 and therefore not able to help. For Customer service they earn zero points.
