Customer Service at its best

After the bad service I got and shared from my previous review on Tiger Wheel and Tyres, Nelson Mandela Street, Bloemfontein...Mr Marnus redeemed himself, he contacted me re arrangements he made to replace my missing car part, he kept me up to date on the progress on the order of the part and fitted the part himself. I appreciate it that the company with Mr Marnus could handle the situation better than the initial experience. In future I hope customer service to anyone walking in your shop would continue to be excellent, no matter what type of day you are having.
