Customer profiling

I was at the tiger wheel and tyre at the Glen, I walked up to the reception area and no one acknowledged me nothing. A white man walks in behind me and he was acknowledged and called to be assisted. I am honestly in a place where I feel that y should I be telling people something of which should be common sense. How to treat all customers fearly. How would they feel if they receive such treatment. I honestly feel like our country is also being dragged by such ******** actions
