Cresta TWT - appalling workmanship and GROSS NEGLIGENCE

The Cresta branch has made an inexcusable error! I took my Audi RS4 in for rim repair and wheel balancing on 01 September 2021. My vehicle has been modified with 10mm hub-centric spacers in the front and 15mm hub-centric spacers in the rear. I advised the team of the spacer orientation on the vehicle and the importance of replacing them in the right position and using the correct bolt lengths with the correct spacers. I drove the vehicle on the highway and experienced severe shuddering after the balancing. After inspecting my vehicle, I saw that my car is MISSING a spacer. The spacer is GONE! After the realisation I did a thourough inspection of the other wheels and found the following: The 15mm Left Rear Spacer is installed on the Front Left Hub! And the 10mm Spacer is completely gone. I now have a left rear that has no spacer, but a 10mm extended lug that has been forced through the wheel-hub! A Front left 15mm Spacer with a 10mm lug. A front riight 10mm spacer and a 15mm rear right spacer. As you can imagine the damage to my car will be extensive and the integrety of the safety of the car has been compromised! I will be seeking a resolution from the Cresta Branch. If consequential damage has occured due to this gross neglegance, I will seek further legal action against the Cresta branch and/or TWT.
