Couldn't care less attitude at Fourways Crossing

We booked a new Beame tracker fitment for Sat 25/7 at TWT Fourways Crossing because that's the branch we usually use for our tyres. Everything was efficiently confirmed by emails from Beame but nothing was heard from TWT Fourways Crossing so we called them on Sat morning to inquire what time we should come in. Just to be told that they had the fitment instruction from Beame but that as their fitting technician had resigned a month ago we should go to another TWT branch, without explaining that the fitment instruction would have to be redirected. Luckily we chose TWT Woodmead where Jacques Le Roux saved the day by getting Beame to redirect the fitment order to his branch and he had the Beame fitted just before he closed for the weekend. TWT Fourways Crossing could learn a lot about service from TWT Woodmead and that's where we'll be taking our future business.<br>
