Compliment to Menlyn TWT

Well done Marco and the team at Menlyn TWT for the excellent customer experience.<br> <br> My initial preference was to use another supplier to have 2 new Michelin's fitted, but as a formality I phoned a few fitment centres and found TWT had the tyres I needed in stock, and pricing was very competitive, especially when coupled with the Absa rewards scheme.<br> <br> I booked the tyres telephonically and when I arrived later in afternoon was assisted professionally. The wheel alignment on my car is 'unique' and usually has fitment centres flummoxed because the recommended manufacturer setup does not work. In the past, this has resulted with having to return to adjust alignment settings 2 or even 3 times. However, the Technician at TWT was able to explain what was causing the issue and offered a solution. He then setup the alignment correctly - first time.<br> <br> I received a follow up call the next morning from Marco to confirm whether it was in order, and a SMS confirmation was received for the Michelin pothole warranty. <br> <br> All in all, on price, professionalism, customer service and the final result - I have been very happy with TWT and will highly recommend the Menlyn branch.
