Complaint about poor workmanship.
I took my wifes car in for balancing and wheel alignment on the 4th October. I told the manager staff member Sean Pillay, who assisted me that my wife will be traveling extensively for five weeks and the tyres needs to be 100% perfect. The Invoice number is TWD01S120089. Done at your Pinetown branch. My wife left for Madadeni this last Sunday 5th October. She was very worried as there was much vibration and poor road holding on the way to Madadeni. Today she managed to take the car to Tiger Wheel and Tyre in the Madadeni area, and they said that the wheel balancing was out. They sorted out the balancing and the car is running perfectly now.
