Careful of tiger Wheel & tyre

Hi , I bought a ATLAS battery at the Ermelo Tiger Wheel & Tyre on the 23 of Aug 2019. The battery was used on a small truck on the farm. They refuse to exchange ( The Tiger Wheel & Tyre sticker is still on the battery )the faulty battery on 21 August and said that i bought it by the previous owner of the branch. I gave them all the details on witch i bought the battery, like Company name Vat nr and my Bakkie Registration nr. They keep on telling me that they are waiting for the IT department to give them an invoice. I need the battery, and borrowed one from a friend. I also wrote an email to their head office asking for assistance to no avail. I would strongly advise to not use this company for any of your Tyre or battery needs.
