Black Friday ****

Tiger Wheel & Tyre ran a Black Friday promoted a Buy one get one free Wheel Alignment and balancing for R599.

After I bought 4 brand new tyres I was told that I still needed to pay R299 for Wheel alignment and wheel balancing. I asked why because that's not what the website said when I bought the vouchers. They told me to check the terms and conditions and when I went on their website's evoucher terms and conditions, it was NOT stipulated that the R599 was in fact not a buy one get one free deal but a lie.

I am disgusted at the dishonest advertising tactics they used to lure me into buying the voucher.

I insisted on them cancelling the voucher and using that money to pay for the wheel alignment and wheel balancing in full.

The one reason I use Tiger Wheel & Tyre is because of Standard Bank Ucount affiliation with them, I could've used any other company but I chose TWT to earn points.

I am truly disgusted by their underhanded tactics.
