Bit of a Rip-off!

I went to my local Tiger Wheel & Tyre at Meadowdale Mall to have a puncture repaired on one spare tyre I have. The wheel & rim where a loose item, which I took out my boot, and I just wanted the nail removed out this spare wheel (been a sixth rim & tyre I own). I asked to just have the puncture repaired and after about a 10 minute wait, went into the store to pay for the repair thinking it cannot be more than R20-40. I was invoiced for R145 and was told by the receptionist it was for the "repair, balancing and parts used". Hmmm.....Funny, I never asked for "balancing" (due to it been a 6th tyre & rim) and just wanted a nail removed and puncture repaired with the normal plug that is inserted in the tyre where the nail was previously. The receptionist said she was very sorry for the miscommunication....Sure my communication was very clear!!! Obviously not!! And I could have taken this tyre to the local Engen around the corner to my residence and would be charged R20-30. But went to Tiger Wheel & Tyre to also have my tyre pressure checked and topped up at the same time. Think this will be the last time I'll be going to Tyre Wheel & Tyre for any business after putting 4 tyres onto my Forester with them in April of this year which wasn't a cheap exercise either!
