Big boss using bad K language
I was outside Business in Hercules on Monday. I belief this is part of Tiger Wheels and Tyres business. The big man inside was shouting at staff as always but he use the word “K” on staff. This is crime in SA is it not.

TiAuto has a zero-tolerance policy with regards to racial intolerance, gender inequality and violence of any kind in the workplace across all business divisions. Quite candidly, there is simply no excuse for any infractions of this nature in our society.
The matter at hand remains under investigation which commenced the moment the incident was reported to our Human Capital department, and all members of the senior executive team have been mobilised to obtain employee feedback from the affected division.
Given the nature of the claims levelled at the accused in this matter, immediate suspension has been implemented. It is important to note that company protocol has and will continue to be executed in line with our policies and the law of the land.
We thank you for your interest in this unfortunate matter and appreciate the space to allow our executive team and the law to fully investigate the matter and provide the appropriate sanctions.
