BEWARE: Hidden costs and charges from TWT

My wife went for her annual check up that is required for Discovery Insure. During the assessment she was made aware that her front 2 tyres need to be replaced otherwise they will submit a failed assessment. My wife was therefore forced to reolace the tyres at TWT's rediculous prices.

That being said, the salesperson only said it will cost R1550 for a tyre. So my wife agreed and they took 3 hours to change the wheels. After the ordeal, the invoice showed that she was charged for nitrogen inflation, wheel balancing, wheel alignment and 2 valves. NONE of which she was informed about prior to changing the wheels. These extra so called services added another R750 to the bill. Please can some executive from TWT please explain to me how you charge someone R150 for inflating 2 tyre just bought from TWT.

No other service provider charges someone for inflating their newly bought tyres since it is not an optional extra! This is utter ******ion and i am disgraced by the lack of transparency and honesty. I will never recommend TWT to any of my friends and family because of all these hidden costs.
