Better then expected service

Long story short. After complaining on their website, I first received a call from Willem(Operations Executive) saying that they will Adrea's the matter with urgency and also that the Bellville branch manager will contact me to sort out. Edward called me the same day and confirmed my request. A promise was made that it would be at their branch the Friday and they kept by it by calling me even one day earlier to do the figment. Thanx to the team and also thanx for the excellent customer service experienced.
