Bakkie damaged

A few weeks ago went to Tiger Wheel and Tyre Boksburg. Balance 2 front wheels. Park bakkie parking lot. Sales person said i must go and have a coffee gave him my key. After coffee pay went out. Thought let me have a look at bakkie while in air wheels off. Then ad a shock discover bumper is badly scratched. Could still find loose powder on scratches and wall at entrance. Call person who helped me.he called the manager. 1st we will check on camera. Then no sd card in camera. I showed him wall pillar and bumper at entrance. Took bakkie of lift and compare next to wall. Agreed that was scratched by them. 1st the person who done it . Didn't came and report to anyone or say sorry. I was told to get 3 quotations for there insurance . What i did. They called me and said witch on they excepted. From there on no progress. Then they wait for document from panel beater. Time go by i must keep on phoning. At last the lady said she will phone the panel b and said what papers they still need. Today Friday the 7 th contact p.b. no didn't hear anything yet. Called Tiger Wheel. We got all the paper works and send to head office for payment will call me back still waiting for call. Year almost gone. I had to pay for my balancing . And wait for them when can i have my bakkie fixed. The worst part i think this service is very bad. Why do i have to so long for something they done. I wonder if i left that Saturday without noticed it and went back the Monday if they would believe me. But this is the last time that i will do any business with them.
