Bad service TWT
Phoned Claremont twt at 0944 and recieved a prompt call back from Mark with reference on a potential purchase. Phoned back to order product at 1039 and 1114. Spoke To to Leonid who was to give Mark a message. This did not happen. Called manager. Asked him to please sort it out. Mark called me and told me that I had not called back. I disputed this. Stopped at Claremont to sort it out. Mark still maintained no responsibity. Tiger wheels is a Company. Simply apologize and sort the teamwork out guys. Lost a client.

27 Jan 2023, 15:45Appreciate the reply from management. We realize that the client is"always" correct. In this case, he is, with proof on call logs. Sader still is that it is the only product of its sort in CT. Let's see whether the company does in fact escalate and sort out?
