Bad service the worst

I went to tiger wheeel in Lynnwood looking for my Uber inspection I went on the 22nd of October I paid for my inspection and four days later they still haven't uploaded my inspection report with Uber so on the 26th of October I went back to them and the gentleman that was helping me took my numbers and said the system is giving them problem but as soon as things are okay he will call me back I should give him 45minutes I gave him the whole day and he still didn't call me so the following day I go back to him and ask him what's wrong he says that he manged to look at my report and Uber has received it but it was blank so I should come back tomorrow so that he can do it again and he quotes "you won't pay for anything because you have already paid" so I go back to him I got to tiger wheels in Lynnwood around 12:00 and I walked in straight to him and he says to me can you please wait outside I'm coming 12:50 he didn't come at 13:00 I have to fetch my kid at school and now I'm late for that and I still haven't received any help after being at tiger wheel for more than 45minutes outside waiting for a person and his busy helping people that came after me
