Bad service delivery.

Good day : On the 18th of October 2024 , I went to tiger wheel and tyre for tyre change and alignment. I got there they did all the necessary things they needed . I contacted innovation regarding the authorisation of the payment . The guy There by name of Michael whom was helping , alleged to me that , it might take two hours for the authorisation to take place . We further discussed that , I can’t wait two hours as I was about to go to Vaal for funeral arrangements. I told them I’ll return Monday 21st which . I did when I got there I waited for an hour , until we got the authorisation. After we got the authorisation I was told by Michael and his manager that my tyre has been sold , I must wait for a week it will delivered Friday 25 October 2024 . On Friday I called them , there was no tyre they said I must wait for another week . Now I must go to KZN coming weekend I don’t have a proper tyre , Michael and his manger they say I must wait until next week again. I really need a tyre by this week Friday . Your help would be highly appreciated regarding this matter. It’s tiger wheel and tyre at onderkkers .
