Bad Service by TWT Zambesi

I took my car in for alignment at TWT Zambesi done by a technician named Ndala. The guy didn't seem to have a clue what he was doing but completed in less than 10 minutes only to find out that the car still had the same problem. I took it back in the same afternoon, they worked on it, rotated the wheels with several tests and returned it confirming all is well but on the way home the car was still pulling to the side and vibrating at high speeds or when braking.

These guys ****** me and left me in a worse condition and I don't even have confidence in them anymore. I will have to cough up more money to have their mess fixed.
