Bad Service at tiger wheel & tyre fourways

Hello Peter,

Went to fix two rims, balancing of all four and alignment at fourways branch, and as the guy that was to fix my second rim, somehow the lady sales consultant and her managed asked the guy the fixes rims to drop it (while I was there watching) and the next he is driving away. Instead of spending 2hrs, now I had spend 3hrs waiting for the guy to come back.

This was unprofessionalism and unacceptable behavior by lady sales consultant and her manager.

The guy helping with removing the tyre from the rim tried his best to stop the rim fixer guy not to by the lady sales consultant didn’t even hear his plea.

Sales consultant that was helping me tried to intervene however that couldn’t return more time I had to spend there waiting.
