Bad Service

I fitted my vehicle with brand new continental tyres on the 23rd of June 2021, drove it to work the following day. On the 25th of June 2021, one of the tryes had a low puncture and took the vehicle at TWT Montana, and they found one leak on the inside wall. Minutes later, when they inflate the tyre for insurance purpose, there was another leak which was not there at first on the inside wall also. The manager and the sale rep failed me to replace the tyre or even better explain what transpired during their own examination because it was clear that the tyre had some manufacturing issues. TWT Montana will fail you, and now had to buy another tyre.
