Bad service

I went to Tiger Wheel and Tyre today to have 3 valves replaced on my Venter Trailer wheels as they were beginning to perish. I was on my way to the Kruger on a 2 week holiday. I left Nelspruit en route to Malelane gate. On the way, I noticed that the trailer was not running level and when I pulled over the tyre on the left hand side was soft. I had checked the tyres before leaving and even asked the mechanic what pressures he had pumped the tyres to. He told me 2.2 bar, which was fine as the trailer was fully loaded. When I looked to see if I had picked up a nail or what was the cause of the soft tyre, I heard the valve leaking and on closer inspection, I found that it was leaking not from the inner valve but from where the valve goes through the rim itself. I can only think that it was therefore not installed correctly as I had only driven about 40km. I did not have time to contact Nelspruit TWT as I had to get through Malelane gate in time to make Pretoriuskop camp. This is the second time in 2 months that I have not had satisfactory service from TWT. I will now have to go into Hazyview to have the valves replaced again and miss out on 1 of my days of holiday.
