Bad service

Went to tiger wheel nd tyre on the 07/09/2018 for wheel alignment and balancing paid for the services only to find out that my car is still not aligned it was going to left when driving it, took it back the following day and told them what was the problem, after an hour of them checking it once again the called me to tell me that the suspension is finished and wheel alignment circuit is finished so that's why the car is not properly aligned, but to my surprise why didn't the see the problem at hand and let me know off the problem before doing the alignment, when I asked I was told that the technician was alone hence I was not told, and no written report was given to me until the following day when I asked for it. Took the car to Hyundai for service and they report came clear the was no problem with the suspension nor the wheel alignment circuit. The Hyundai technician said it's either they can do a proper wheel alignment. So I guess I was **** to so that I can spend something that's is not even there. Even now my car is still not aligned and I paid for a very very poor service. Will never set foot at that store.
