BAD SERVICE

After being told it will take 2 days for my rims to be straightened, and polished. I made transport arrangements accordingly. The car was only ready after 5 days!! inconveniencing me! No apology was given, I had to constantly call, to check on their progress! After collecting my car, I get home to find I have a slow puncture, this is because there are small stones between the tyre and rim. Yet again an inconvenience from Tiger wheel which I know they won't even say sorry for, I get there and I am told I can wait in line like everyone else. Mind you this is a workmanship flaw done by Tiger wheel yet, I am the one inconvenienced and having to take time from work to take care of this. This the type of service I get after spending almost 10 grand there! I am never bringing business here.
