bad service

<p>Went to newmarket store to do wheel balancing and was advise to refurb my wheels . I agreed to refurb after already paid for balancing in advance and was told to leave my car on monday to thursday. When came back for pick up was charged the full amount of refurb plus wheel balancing and my concern - why pay for wheel balancing if you have taken out 4 wheels ? bcs if you take two wheels in the car for what ever reasons you must balance the car after repair or returining them. And was car still dirtyy after days of keeping it and i asked why not wash the car so as to see the job done and as part of customer service. and the is car wash just close to the store about 500 to 700m. Was given one stroy to anothe story without clear answer on my concerns....</p>
