Bad Customer Service from TWT - Cresta

I had a bad experience at TWT Cresta. I got there at 430 to replace my car battery. Keep in mind they close at 5. The guy that they assigned to me does not know how to remove a battery from a BMW. He asks the senior guys and they all tell him but nobody assists him. Finally he tells me that he cannot remove the battery and that the battery tech is gone to another branch. Are you telling me that a company as big as TWT does not have staff who can change a battery. He then closes up and leaves. I try and start my car and its dead as they drained the battery. So now im stuck in Blackheath and TWT is closed. They offer me a jump start. ***! I called Battery Xpress down the road and the guy actually drove out to me and replaced my battery literally in 5 min.

Pathetic Customer Service as the staff are all to eager to go home. Dont think i will support them again.
