Bad customer service from Tiger wheel &Tyre

I bought and replaced all 4 tyres at Tiger wheel & Tyre and the wheel balancing was not done properly so my tyres finished within 4months of purchase, when I went to the Festival Mall branch where I bought tyres, was told they can't assist me and was shown the door. Very unprofessional management and bad customer service I received from the tiger wheel & Tyre. So means the warranty is not applying when u such incidents occurred.
