Bad customer care!

I went to tiger wheel Groblersdal to get nitrogen for my tyres on 30/10/25 I asked one of the guys to check if one of my tyres has a puncture. After he checked and put back my tyre, he didn’t put the wheel cap back properly so when I got home I noticed the wheel cap was missing. I immediately called the store the next day. They gave me a runaround until I spoke to their manager, he tried to blame the rain for the missing wheel cap(mind you the only missing wheel cap was the one they worked on). I eventually had to call head office to report the matter. Then the manager promised to get me my wheel cap. On 24/11/25 I called their regional manager informing him that I’d be coming to get the wheel cap, they promised it would ready by 28/11/25. When I got there, the manager didn’t even come to talk to me, he sent one of the employees, then I asked for him. He told me that they haven’t got the wheel cap, but by 01/12/25 it would definitely be there. Guess what? I went there 01/12/25 and I was turned back as usual. The wheel cap is not there, the manager’s phone was not going through he wasn’t even at the store. Till today I still don’t have my wheel cap. Honestly, I’d never recommend this place to anyone, as for me I’ll never take my car there again. I truly regret letting them touch my car!
