Bad Bad service

On the 8th September I had 4 tyres fitted into my car at the Silverlakes branch. . I was really not happy with the tyres they had installed on my car. My invoice no. TWJ36S023680 & TWJ36S023684. On the 10th I emailed the store to complain because these tyres seemed smaller or something & as it seems my cars suspension has dropped. So my car was touching the ground when I drove out of my yard & over speed humps. I got a response that the manager will call me back. He never did! The salesperson called & advised me to bring the car in. I went back on on the 10th. He said the tyres that were fitted are 5 inch smaller 175/65R14 (for which I paid R4468.10) & Should not make a difference when I drove. Well it did & I insisted on fitted the original size that was on my car before 175/70R14. He said he gave me smaller tyres because they were cheaper. I never asked for cheaper tyres! I came in looking for 2 tyres and ended up buying 4. The tyres were fitted & I was told I would pay the difference on the tyres. I ended up paying R1640.00 Invoice no TWJ36S023765. In total I paid R6108.10. Why did I pay twice for insurance, wheel inflation & balancing? If you had given me the right tyres I wouldnt have had to come back a second time. I only have one set of tyres why did i pay insurance twice! Stop ripping us off & taking us for fools. As for the manager you do not have any customer service! You were very arrogant for someone who is supposed to help me! Where are my old tyres? You said you would check for them? Your service is pathetic to say the least! You treat me as if you are doing me a favor. I paid & even over paid for your shady service. I will never recommend TWT to anyone. I paid a total of R6108.10. I hate that you assume that I do not have money and therefore you will give me a cheaper tyre! I came there because its closer to home & I have been there before. But this was my last!
