Awesome service with a smile

I took my car in to the branch - Sam immediately approached me and introduced himself. He promptly listened to my request to remove a nail lodged in my tyre. Sam offered me coffee while I waited. He showed me that the nail did not puncture my tyre. He reset the on-board computer, balanced my tyres and checked the tyre pressure, all at no charge so I tipped him :)<br> <br> I was very impressed with Sam's service :)
