Arrogant and *********** store manager

At the Boksburg outlet an employee drove my vehicle off the premises onto a public road without asking my permission or me being aware. I was on a telephone call at the time on the premises. When confronting the manager (Luanda) I was met with arrogance, misinformation, absolute incompetence and lack of ability to explain the Company's rules and procedures. When further demanding answers she insulted me personally. The sales person, who apparently was supposed to have asked permission, was apologising precisely. Luanda was way to arrogant to realise that the rules and regulations have not been adhered to and her comment was "we have insurance". This weak behaviour and lack of leadership from the store manager in my view is a liability for the TWT brand. Unfortunately a brand is built by competent people, and destroyed by ***********, arrogant people. In 12 y of having my wheel and tyre requirements for three vehicles attended to by this outlet I have never been requested that an employee can drive my vehicle off site. I find this very irritating, and the arrogance and complete incompetence of the manager, in front of the ever apologising sales person made up my mind. Won't be back to TWT, any branch, ever.
