If I could give 0 stars I would. In my quest to buy 4 new tires, I went to Tiger Wheel and Tire after seeing a tire price online and merely R100 per tire more expensive than previously quoted. I thought it was worth the convenience. I went in branch, was told the tires would be there next day - no problem. When I got the final price, much to my shock the quote was another over 2k higher. In questioning, I was arrogantly told that installation, balancing and alignment was charged separately. I still feel **********. I went to the opposition around the corner, and guess what? Quote including alignment etc was R100 per tire cheaper. No Hidden costs, excellent service - when I dropped car off the next morning I was greeted with sincere friendliness and told that the tires were already on route from origin. 2 Hours later car was done, absolutely no issues. Its worth "looking around" Tire Wheel and Tire - so you dont get **********. Oh and watch out - my next review is a 5 star to your opposition.
