Aggressive behaviour by Tiger Wheel and Tyre Boksburg

This morning, 22 February 2025, I went to Tiger Wheel and Tyre in Boksburg after they promised me a new set of rims due to the fact that the clear coat on the rims is coming off. Upon arrival, I was told by Luanda, the branch manager, that my rims are scrathed and I will mot be able to get a claim. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TIGER WHEEL AND TYRE, drive in such a way that your rims does not scratch, although you are not in control of the road conditions. I was promised a new set of mags after I send them numerous pictures. Another gentlemen who works for Tiger Wheel and Tyre approuched me and was very aggressive, clearly he was there ti do bodily harm and I told the manager that it is fine and left. TIGER WHEEL AND TYRE BOKSBURG is clearly prepaired to assault there customers if we have a problem with them and I am not prepared to entertain that kind of behaviour, I went there on their request after they promised to replace my rims, not to be assaulted. I felt that I was in danger of getting assaulted and I left immediately.
