Aggresive and Rude Employee at TWT Lifestyle Crossing, Strubensvalley - Go to a Tyre Mart instead

<p>When entering the branch at 7:50am a gentleman by the name of Gerhard immediately tells me that they only open at 8am. No "good morning, or welcome to TWT...please note we only open in 10mins time". Nope, straight to a "get the hell out of my face" type of attitude. </p> <p>I then proceeded to tell him that im waiting for a TWT employee by the name of Shaun and he brashly says that he is not yet in.</p> <p>Since i am not new to that branch (Gerhard has seen me there before trying to sort out the same issue im currently there for) he goes on to say that he is aware of my issue and that everything has been tried. Not offering a solution he rudely goes on to say that there's nothing he can do and that a Continental Tyre rep must come out and sort this issue out (because he has clearly had enough of me by the tone of his voice). Clearly repeat business is not a concern to Gerhard.</p> <p>It was clear to me that I was not welcomed to even talk to him, so i asked when Shaun was (the very helpful TWT employee who has assisted me with this query previously) he even more rudely and aggresively responded that Shaun starts at 8am and its not 8am as yet so he doesnt know.</p> <p>In an ever crumbling SA economy, customer service should be a critical driver in any business strategy, particular a service business such as TWT, to ensure repeat business and a sustainable source of revenue. Gerhard clearly does not understand this, which leads me to believe that neither does the TWT group, as they have hired him.</p> <p>I will never go into another TWT branch again, and if you value your hard earned money...neither should you. There's always a Tyre Mart, Quick-fit, Hi-Q etc just down the road who will be glad to assist you...with a smile on their face.</p>
